By subscribing to Shopflowy, you gain access to a monthly pay-as-you-go plan, which includes Shopify development, quality assurance, and growth assistance services. You may submit unlimited requests, which are fulfilled based on the development hours allocated to your plan (Starter Plan: ~40 hours/month; Growth Plan: ~120 hours/month).

2. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed upfront for the upcoming billing period, and payments are non-refundable. By subscribing, you agree to these terms, including that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Scope of Services

Development Hours: Hours are allocated per the selected plan.Unlimited Requests: Requests are submitted via Trello. Total monthly output depends on the clarity of requests and provided resources.Delivery Timeline: Tasks are delivered within 1–3 days for smaller requests. Complex tasks are broken into milestones for efficient delivery.Support: On-call availability for urgent matters.Communication: Updates via email and WhatsApp.Meetings: 2 monthly strategy meetings for the Starter Plan, 4 for the Growth Plan.

4. Feedback and Revisions

There are no limits to the number of iterations or revisions for active subscribers. Shopflowy is committed to working with you until the desired results are achieved.

5. Responsibilities

You agree to provide clear briefs, resources, and timely feedback to ensure efficient service delivery. Missing or unclear information may cause delays.

6. Refund Policy

All payments are final, and no refunds will be issued.

7. Delivery Expectations

The speed and quality of work depend on the detail and clarity of your requests. For example, fully detailed requests with completed designs and assets (e.g., Figma files, style references, and written copy) enable quicker delivery. If these are not provided, Shopflowy will assist in creating them, though it may extend the timeline.

8. Intellectual Property

Deliverables become your property upon payment. Shopflowy retains the right to showcase general outcomes in its portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription anytime. Services will remain available until the end of the current billing period.

10. Limitation of Liability
